Each Katee pair is handcrafted and prepared on demand with careful attention to detail. This approach allows us to produce thoughtfully designed footwear while maintaining structured quality control at every stage.

Every pair undergoes inspection before dispatch to ensure consistency in comfort, construction, and finish.

Due to the nature of materials and lighting, slight visual differences may occasionally appear. These do not affect the performance, durability, or overall quality of the product.

Product Warranty

Katee products are covered against confirmed manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from delivery.

Depending on the product’s condition and inspection result, eligible items may be repaired or replaced. Products reported within the first 14 days are eligible for complimentary collection and redelivery. After 14 days, shipping fees are covered by the customer.

As part of our after-sales service, we may offer complimentary repairs for repairable products between 6 and 12 months from delivery, with shipping fees covered by the customer.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fit or comfort concerns, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or natural variations in handcrafted materials.

All requests are subject to product inspection, technical feasibility, and component availability. Products reported after 12 months are not eligible for warranty or repair services.
