Refund Policy

Our Customer satisfaction is very important to us, thus we are happy to offer you an Exchange, or Store Credit as a replacement for the Order.

We offer Exchanges within 10 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of release.

Exchanges or Store Credits are allowed for one time per order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept Returns or Refunds.

No Exchanges/Store Credit for Accessories for Hygiene reasons.

No Returns or Store Credit are allowed during Sale period. Only Exchanges are allowed.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email support@katee.me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Fixes & Repairs
If the item got defective or damaged by usage, Please reach out to us by email support@katee.me so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a Free post-sale service, the process of product maintenance or fixing should take 2 months maximum, We make sure we deal with your requests in a responsive and honest manner. If the item is eligible for fixing, we will take the correct course of action, if the item is not eligible or in an extreme impaired condition, it will be communicated with you, if received no further request, it will be executed and the case will be closed.
