We offer a complimentary 10-minute home try-on service, allowing you to check the fit and style comfortably before payment is collected, so you can choose with confidence.
Your satisfaction means everything to us. If your pair isn’t the perfect match, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit under our 14-Day Fit Guarantee.
Requests may be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
To maintain smooth processing, each order is eligible for one exchange or store credit request.
To initiate an exchange, store credit, or defect claim request, please submit your request through our Exchange & Return Portal. You will receive updates throughout the process until your request has been completed.
Please note that shipping fees are charged upon dispatch and are non-refundable thereafter.
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, accessories are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or identify a manufacturing defect, please submit a request through our Exchange & Return Portal within the applicable eligibility period so our team can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
Fixes & Repairs
If an item becomes damaged through use, please contact us at support@katee.me so our team can assess the case and advise on the available service options.
As part of our post-sale support, eligible repair and maintenance requests may be accepted subject to assessment. Repair timelines may take up to 4 weeks depending on the nature of the service required.
If an item is eligible for repair, we will proceed with the appropriate course of action. If the item is not repairable or has sustained extensive damage beyond repair, this will be communicated to you accordingly.
