Requests can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items should be returned in their original condition — unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Store credit remains valid for 6 months from the date of return.
To maintain smooth processing and fairness for all customers, exchanges or store credit are available once per order.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, our team will carefully review the item and provide a prompt and fair resolution.

If the item is eligible for fixing, we will take the correct course of action, if the item is not eligible or in an extreme impaired condition, it will be communicated with you, if received no further request, it will be executed and the case will be closed.
